Established in 2014, Luxborough Capital is a privately owned international real estate and financing related PE investment fund, which engages in hold-for-sale, developer financing, mezzanine debts, and destressed assets investing.
Luxborough Capital aims to source real estate acquisitions and financing opportunities both for us and investors. We maximise their value through refurbishment and/or development, we also aim to bridge the financing needs of the developers and unlock values from distressed investing through successful restructuring.
Luxborough Capital actively participates in the developer financing projects. The Madison in Canary Wharf London was one of the very successful projects for Luxborough Capital from developer financing into a co-investment project.
One impressive deal of Luxborough Capital was Samvo House in Marylebone London. Luxborough Capital maximized the return through renovation, which the project was named as “the deal of the year” marking the highest per square foot price in prime Central London.
Luxborough Capital, through our affiliates, invested and developing premium purpose-built student accommodation & service apartments across London and prime locations in UK.
