Beware of false claims that employees of Black Magic and/ or its related companies sell credit products

 

Black Magic (“the company”) and/ or its related companies has successively received complaints from customers and citizens, alleging that they received calls from people claiming to be employees of the company and promoted credit services. When customers and/or citizens do not accept the products or services, the people will speak badly to them. The company hereby declares :

 

the staffs of our company and/ or its related companies have received professional customer service training and product knowledge training, and the service attitude is sincere ;

even if the customer does not meet the loan application requirements, the company and/ or its related companies will never refer the customer to another company ;

the company and/ or its related companies will never provide lending services through any subsidiary or associated company, and the company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person who falsely claims to be an employee of the company or its subsidiary or associated company ;

all promotional calls of the company and/ or its related companies are directly dialed by the company’s customer service officer or departmental salesperson or through an authorized business agent (hereinafter collectively referred to as “sales officer”), and all calls made by them provide caller ID.
